Payment and Pricing
All prices are shown inclusive of VAT at 20% (unless stated otherwise), in British pounds sterling (GBP) and will be billed in British pounds sterling. heaven-furniture.co.uk accepts debit and credit card payments online and also accepts payment by company or personal cheque. Be aware that if your credit card supplier operates using another currency, they will convert payment from British pounds sterling (GBP) to their operating currency at their current exchange rates. If paying by cheque, funds are required to have cleared before and services or products are shipped. Cheques will normally clear in three to five working days and these should be made payable to heaven-furniture.co.uk . heaven-furniture.co.uk is only able to accept cheques drawn on a UK bank account and payable in GBP.
Refund Policy
You may cancel your order at anytime prior to delivery.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return your item/s within 21 days of delivery, for a full refund to the original payment. Once we have received the product(s) and if appropriate, any packaging, a refund will be credited to the payment card account within 5 days. Please note that it may take up to 7 days for your bank to credit your account. Our policy does not affect your statutory rights.
