Products and services to be supplied within the United Kingdom are dispatched by our courier service. Please be aware that estimated delivery dates act as guides to when your products and/or services will be delivered. heaven-furniture.co.uk makes all reasonable efforts to ship your order the same day it is placed (Monday to Friday, 9am-2pm).

We will normally process orders that day for quick dispatch and delivery within time specified by us. Whilst heaven-furniture.co.uk may not be able to guarantee an exact delivery date or time, we aim to deliver products and services to your shipping address within the time frame specified by us.

If you would like to return your item please note that the parcel must be originally sealed and unopened. We  reserve the right to refuse return, when items are damaged, not suitable for sale as a new one or not properly packed at the moment of completing return.
